4. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits

We offer different subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 video generation forever with large watermarks and slower generation speed.
• Basic Plan: Includes 15 video generations with smaller watermarks and standard generation time.
• Premium Plan: Includes 50 video generations with no watermarks and the fastest generation time.

Usage limits are enforced according to your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

When your subscription renews for a new billing cycle, your video generation credits are reset to the full amount for your plan. Unused credits from the previous billing cycle do not carry over to the new billing cycle.

5. Payment and Billing

For paid subscription plans, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Service. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused credits, or cancellation of subscription, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
